What do I need to rent an e-bike?

A photo ID — passport or national ID card — and a card in your own name. No driving licence is needed for an e-bike, and there is no minimum licence period.

Is there a minimum age?

You need to be 16 or older to ride on your own. Younger riders are welcome with an adult who takes responsibility for the bike. Every rider gets a helmet in the right size.

Can you deliver the e-bike to me?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in Shkodra city and to hotels in the surrounding area. Choose hotel delivery when you book and tell us the address and the time; a small delivery fee may apply.

Where do I collect and return the bike?

Our pick-up point is in the centre of Shkodra, a few minutes from the road up to Rozafa Castle. Bring the bike back to the same place, or arrange collection from your hotel when you book.

What is included in the price?

Every rental includes a helmet, a lock, a charger, third-party insurance and roadside help inside our service area. Panniers, a second helmet and touring packages can be added when you book.

Question 6

How do I find my booking without an account?

Accepted Answer

No account is needed. When you book you receive a reference number, for example RIF-2026-00001. Open the “My Booking” page, enter that reference and the email address you booked with, and your reservation appears.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up, and change your dates at any point before that. Message us on WhatsApp or call, and we will take care of it.

Do you take a deposit?

A small refundable deposit is taken when you collect the bike and returned in full once it comes back undamaged. The amount depends on the model.

What kind of e-bikes do you rent?

CUBE e-bikes with Bosch mid-drive motors and 500–625 Wh batteries: a trekking model, a city model and a light hardtail. One charge comfortably covers a full day around Lake Shkodra at normal riding.

What if I have a problem out on a ride?

Call or message us and we come to you anywhere in our service area. Every bike goes out with a repair kit and a pump, and if we cannot fix it on the spot we bring you a replacement.
